With the reputation that Quick & Clarke have established in Beverley and East Yorkshire, it’s difficult to grasp that this partnership has been in existence less than 20 years.

It is, therefore, testament to the skills and knowledge of partners Michael Quick and Howard Clarke that they have put themselves at the very forefront of Beverley’s hugely-competitive estate agent market in the 18 years since their formation in 1983.

Following the property boom of the 1980s, there was a period of stagnation that dented the confidence of many in the business. Not so Michael and Howard.

In 1993, the pair decided to launch their new estate agency into the already-competitive Beverley housing market. Bringing together decades of experience as estate agents and chartered surveyors in Beverley and the surrounding area, they used their knowledge to establish themselves as one of the most trusted names in the business.

Now they are well established not just in Beverley but across the whole of East Yorkshire. Quick & Clarke have six offices across the region – in Beverley, Hornsea, Driffield, Brough, Cottingham and  Willerby – employing experienced and dedicated staff who offer a level of service and expertise which is second to none.
